Delete your account

In the Rally app, open Profile → Settings → Delete account. You’ll be asked to verify your email before deletion is completed. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address associated with your account.

Safety

Use the in-app reporting and blocking tools for concerns involving an activity, profile, photo, or chat message. Rally is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services when immediate help is needed. We aim to review ordinary reports within 5–7 business days, although complex matters may take longer.
