Delete your Rally account
You can start permanent account deletion directly inside the Rally iOS app.
Delete in the app
- Open Rally and go to Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Follow the verification and confirmation steps.
If you cannot access the app, email support@letsrally.ca from the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
What is deleted
Deletion removes or de-identifies your account, profile, photos, participation records, notification tokens, and other personal information associated with normal use, subject to the limited exceptions below. Some content may no longer identify you rather than being removed where deletion would affect records involving other members.
Limited retention
We may retain information needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcing our Terms, or protecting users. Resolved safety and moderation records are normally kept for up to 24 months and may be kept longer while an active matter or legal obligation requires it. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten.
