Safety and moderation
Report a concern
Reports help Rally respond to harmful conduct and content. You can also block a member to stop direct interaction.
Immediate danger
Rally is not an emergency service. Call 911 for immediate threats, violence, missing persons, urgent medical needs, or other emergencies. Contact the appropriate local authority when a crime may have occurred.
Report in the app
- Open the relevant profile, plan, or chat.
- Choose Report, select the closest reason, and add useful context.
- Use Block if you do not want the member to contact or interact with you.
If you cannot use the app, email support@letsrally.ca from the address on your Rally account. Include the member or plan, approximate date, what happened, and any information needed to locate the content. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
What happens next
We aim to review ordinary reports within 5–7 business days. Complex matters may take longer; credible urgent safety concerns may be prioritized. This is a service target, not a guaranteed response time.
Rally may review relevant account, plan, message, report, and technical records; ask for more information; remove content; restrict features; suspend or terminate accounts; preserve evidence; or refer a matter to authorities. For privacy and safety reasons, we may not disclose the details of action taken against another member.
Evidence and privacy
Keep original messages, photographs, dates, receipts, and other relevant records. Rally normally retains resolved safety and moderation records for up to 24 months so we can identify repeat behaviour, handle appeals, and defend legal claims. We may keep records longer while a matter, legal hold, investigation, dispute, or safety need remains active. See the Privacy Policy.
No retaliation or false reports
Do not retaliate against someone for making a good-faith report. Knowingly false, abusive, or manipulative reports may themselves violate the Community Guidelines.
