Rally uses only the information needed to help people find, create, and join small-group activities safely.
Information we collect
We may collect your email address, age or birthday confirmation, profile details, postal code, photos, activity preferences, activity participation, messages, and information you provide in safety reports.
How we use information
We use this information to operate Rally, suggest relevant nearby plans, facilitate activity chats, support account security, respond to support requests, enforce our community rules, and improve the service.
Location
Rally uses your postal code and selected distance to suggest plans. The app does not require continuous or background location tracking.
Sharing and service providers
Profile and activity information is visible to other members as needed for the service. We may use trusted service providers for infrastructure, authentication, storage, analytics, and email. We do not sell your personal information.
Safety reports and retention
Reports are restricted to people who need them to review a concern. Certain safety records may be retained after an account is deleted when reasonably required for safety, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or appeals.
Your choices
You may edit your profile, change optional communications, block other members, and request permanent account deletion from within the app. To ask about your information, contact support@letsrally.ca.
