Community guidelines

1. Be respectful

• Do not harass, threaten, stalk, shame, bully, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not target people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or another protected characteristic.
• Respect boundaries, consent, personal space, names, and pronouns.

2. Make honest plans

• Describe the activity, timing, difficulty, cost, location, equipment, and expectations accurately.
• Only create plans you genuinely intend to attend. Update or cancel promptly if circumstances change.
• Do not impersonate others, misrepresent your identity or experience, or use misleading photos.
• Do not use Rally primarily to advertise, recruit, solicit money, sell goods, or promote another service.

3. Keep participation safe and consensual

• Never pressure someone to participate, share contact details, drink alcohol, use substances, provide transportation, or continue an interaction.
• Do not post plans involving unlawful conduct, weapons, violence, dangerous stunts, sexual services, or exploitation.
• Rally is for people aged 19 and older. Do not create an account for a minor or use Rally to seek contact with minors.
• Sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, trafficking, and credible threats are prohibited and may be reported to authorities.

4. Protect privacy

• Do not publish another person’s private information, photos, messages, precise location, or contact details without permission.
• Do not record people at a meetup without their knowledge and consent.
• Use information learned through Rally only for the plan or interaction for which it was shared.

5. Follow the law and platform rules

Follow applicable laws, venue rules, permits, fire restrictions, park closures, and instructions from qualified authorities. Do not use Rally for fraud, spam, scams, controlled-substance sales, or other illegal activity.

6. Enforcement

Rally may remove content, limit visibility, cancel access to features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and contact authorities when reasonably necessary. We consider context, severity, history, and risk, but may act immediately in urgent cases. These Guidelines form part of the Terms of Use.

7. Report concerns

Use the in-app report and block tools or follow our reporting instructions. Rally is not an emergency service. Call 911 when someone is in immediate danger.
